Namely, with the entry into force of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Contributions of the FBiH from July 1, 2025, which reduces the collective contribution rate from the previous 10.5% to 5.5%, Podravka BiH used this legal opportunity to automatically transfer the full value of the contribution reduction to the salaries of its employees.
